I've recently moved into the world of digital art after running my business Vertizart for the last 9 years. unfortunately due to medical complications, i can't do the traditional art anymore as it gives me seizures. But I got myself a graphics tablet to see if i could get anywhere with that, and I love it to bits. I'm worried soon i may be surgically attatched to it.
Because of my illness, i have grabbed onto the things that I *can* do. Instead of being stuck in a rut with my limitations, I have grabbed this with both hands and run with it. I am really proud of the way my work is turning out, and I have got my fire back again.
I'm 28, and I live in melbourne. The name SALTA is my beautiful nephew's name backwards. I love to read, write, sew and knit. Anything creative and using my hands. I like to create patterns from scratch because instructions, much like maps, and i don't get along very well.
I have a ridiculous female cat named Squeaky Dave, an obsession with the eleventh doctor, star wars and the BBC sherlock. I think that music is life, and art is the soul, and that literature takes our minds to dimensions and worlds that can leave you breathless.
